انجمن علمی طب سنتی ایران سازمانی غیر دولتی است که در راستای اساسنامه مشترک انجمنهای علمی وزارت بهداشت فعالیت مینماید که در سال 1386 به جمع انجمن های وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی پیوست. این انجمن تنها نهاد علمی و قانونی غیردولتی مورد مشورت پیرامون موضوعات تخصصی طب سنتی در ایران است.
